Online Course & Training Policy

This policy explains how Hair by Rebecca Training Academy's online courses and practical training work and what we expect from our students.

1. Online Course Access

Online courses are designed to allow you to learn at your own pace.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to the course using the details provided at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Course access must not be shared with anyone else.

2. Course Materials

All videos, photographs, written guides, downloadable resources, assessments and other materials provided as part of the course are for your personal educational use.

You must not:

Share course content with another person
Copy or reproduce course videos or materials
Upload course content to social media or other websites
Sell or redistribute course materials
Use our materials to create your own training course
Allow another person to access your account

We reserve the right to withdraw course access where materials have been deliberately shared or misused.

3. Learning at Your Own Pace

Our online courses allow you to work through the training at your own pace.

You are responsible for completing the course requirements within the applicable access period.

We recommend practising the techniques covered in your training before offering them professionally to clients.

4. Assessments & Practical Evidence

Some courses may require you to submit photographs or short videos of your practical work.

Where required, these must clearly demonstrate the relevant technique so that your work can be assessed.

All work submitted must be your own.

Where another person appears in your photographs or videos, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission before submitting the material.

5. Certification

Where certification is included, you must complete the required course content and any assessment requirements before your certificate can be issued.

Completion of the course does not automatically mean that a certificate will be issued if required assessments have not been successfully completed.

6. 1-to-1 Training

Our 1-to-1 courses provide personalised practical training with Rebecca.

Students are expected to arrive on time and ready to participate.

Where a model is required, this will be arranged by Rebecca unless otherwise agreed.

7. Hair & Model Suitability

Practical hair extension work should only be carried out where the hair and scalp are considered suitable.

We may refuse or adapt a practical treatment where we believe it would be inappropriate or unsafe to continue.

Students should always follow appropriate consultation, patch-testing, aftercare and maintenance procedures when working with their own clients.

8. Student Support

We want our students to feel supported during and after their training.

Reasonable support may include answering questions relating to the techniques covered within your course.

Support does not constitute unlimited ongoing coaching or business mentoring unless specifically included within the course purchased.

9. Professional Responsibility

Training provides education and guidance but does not replace professional judgement.

Once you begin providing hair extension services to your own clients, you are responsible for:

Client consultations
Assessing hair and scalp suitability
Following appropriate safety procedures
Following manufacturer instructions
Providing appropriate aftercare advice
Maintaining appropriate professional standards
Ensuring you have suitable insurance and any other requirements applicable to your business

10. Results

Individual results will vary depending on experience, practice, hair type, client suitability and technique.

Hair by Rebecca Training Academy cannot guarantee a particular level of income, number of clients, business growth or financial return following completion of training.
